Job Developers and Coaches are setting their own schedules with job seekers. All group workshops, classes and support groups have been cancelled. If you have any questions, need to schedule an appointment or need assistance, please do not hesitate in giving the office a call at 775-440-1234.

What we ask of our clients:

Clients attending a class be in good health

EVERYONE practice good hand washing techniques

Cough or sneeze into elbows only

Wipe down equipment and areas after each use.

Stay home if your sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms

Seek medical attention right away and alert BRAIN if you begin to experience cold or flu-like symptoms (fever,cough,trouble breathing) onsite.
Consider taking a person centered whole body approach – make sure your wellness is number 1, build your immune system.

Get proper sleep, especially restorative sleep 7 hours

Proper fluids

Reduce stress – practice breathing or anything that improves immune system.

Increase exercise or obtain regular exercise

Disinfect your surroundings

Avoid physical contact and hand shaking

Focus on a good nutritional diet with high antioxidants essential vitamins and minerals.

Consider adding D3, Omegas, vitamin C, and zinc.

Stay away from processed food, sugars, and nicotine.
